The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs takes care of the social needs of the country, such as work and pensions, but also of the integration of refugees. Core tasks of the Authority are to secure workspaces and reduce wordlessness. By removing barriers and inequalities and reducing social exclusion they encourage social integration.
